How can I verify my professional monitoring service is working properly?

In order to verify that your professional monitoring services are setup and working properly with MONI, follow these 4 steps:

1.) Call MONI’s technical support line at 1.800.447.9239 between the hours of 6am and midnight CST, Monday through Saturday.

2.) Follow the prompts to reach “Tech Support”

3.) Once you reach a technical support representative, indicate that you would like to verify your Professional Monitoring Service is functioning as it should and that MONI’s system can communicate with your Nest Guard unit.

4.) You will be required to verify your MONI account info including your “Alarm Codeword” before any representative can discuss account information and confirm all is functional.
